BMH Services Lifeline Personal Response Service

A service of the Southern Vermont Health Services Corporation.

If you or a loved one are living independently, the Lifeline Personal Response Service may be just what is needed to maintain independence while providing peace of mind and security. With a Lifeline home unit, help is available to the Lifeline subscriber with the push of a button. When the button is pushed, responders (individuals you have named to be contacted in an emergency) are called to assist you. If further assistance is needed, Lifeline personnel immediately contact medical emergency help. For a small monthly fee and a one- time installation charge, Lifeline can be installed in your home. Financial grants through the BMH Auxiliary are also available for those who qualify.

For further information on the Lifeline service, or to subscribe to Lifeline,
