MAPLE VIEW CAFÉ

The Café not only receives praise from patients via our patient satisfaction surveys, but also from the public - read the article written by Becky Karush in recent Vermont Observer.

The Café is open to the public for breakfast, Monday through Friday, 6:30 - 9:15 am. Various egg dishes are offered along with breakfast sausage and bacon. Various bagels and breads are available in addition to a selection of fresh low-fat and regular muffins. The Maple View Café often offers the delicious Vermont Morning (hot multi-grain) Cereal as a healthy choice for breakfast.

The weekly menu features the selections available to staff, visitors and the public on weekdays for both lunch (11:15 am - 1:30 pm), and for dinner (4:30 - 6:00 pm).

The Café is open daily from 6:30 am until 6:00 pm for snacks and beverages. Vending machines are accessible all the time, including weekends, just outside the Maple View Café. The machines feature soft drinks and snack items including sandwiches and yogurt.

Nutrition Services provides special meals and room service for patients in our Birthing Center. In addition, Nutrition Services sponsors the public Mediterranean Dinners for heart health right in the Maple View Café.
